If products ordered are not available Streetfighter Designs will endeavour to notify the purchaser as soon as reasonably practicable. Alternatives, if available will be offered.

Products are supplied singularly unless otherwise stated.

Streetfighter Designs reserve the right to vary the price of any product shown on the website or other specification at any time.

Colours shown in any specification document or catalogue may vary.

Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of sale.

All descriptions are approximate only.

All goods are to be paid for in advance; Streetfighter Designs reserve the right in some circumstances to withhold the dispatch of goods until full payment has been cleared.

Streetfighter Designs will not be responsible for the capacity or performance of any goods supplied unless specifically agreed in writing between the parties.

Some items on the website are for show purposes only and not UK road legal.

Streetfighter Designs will not be responsible for the illegal use of any of their products.

Streetfighter Designs will not be responsible for faults arising from incorrect installation of goods. It is recommended to have parts installed by a qualified motorcycle technician. If the customer chooses to install his goods then any faults arising through incorrect installation would make any product warranties void.

The customer is recommended to retain all receipts for products and installations as copies will be needed should warranty claims arise.

Failure to provide this information would void any warranty.

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and delivery to the UK mainland.

All special order items are non-returnable and charged at the time the order is placed.

The exclusive Streetfighter Designs products including the website are subject to copyright and therefore no part or product can be copied or reproduced without permission in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any other product bought from Streetfighter Designs wishing to be returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless faulty in which case the item will be exchanged.

Late payments will result in interest being charged.

Carriage and Delivery charges are not refundable.

Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund if an item is ret

All returns must be notified within 7 days and returned in the original packaging and at the purchaser’s expense.  Postal charges may be deducted from the refund value.

Acceptance of goods is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
